Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale are an integral part of all our supply contracts when orders are placed by phone, verbally, by e-mail or via the internet.
We recommend reviewing them on each visit to the website, as we may need to update certain provisions.

1. ORDERS
By placing an order, you declare that you fully accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale outlined below.
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity and not indicating a VAT number), once the purchase process is completed, they should print or save an electronic copy and keep these Terms and Conditions in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 on distance selling.
Products may be purchased as described in the respective product information sheets. However, the images may not be fully representative of the actual characteristics.
Order receipt will be confirmed via e-mail with an 'Order Number' to be used in any further communication.
The Customer shall have no right to any compensation or indemnity, nor shall the Seller be held liable for any direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property resulting from the partial or full non-acceptance of an order.

2. PRICES
Prices listed on the website are excluding VAT and may change without prior notice. Such changes are related to market conditions or exchange rate fluctuations. We are committed to informing the Customer if the price of the ordered product changes.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
You may choose from several payment methods:

Bank Transfer
If paying by instant transfer the order can be processed immediately after receiving the payment receipt via e-mail, by replying to the order confirmation.
If paying by standard bank transfer, the order will be processed once the funds are credited. Payment must be made within 5 working days from the date of the order. After this period, the order will be cancelled.
The transfer reference must include the Order Number.

4. DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES
You can choose your preferred delivery method: Express Courier (shipment via our courier), Warehouse Collection (collection in person), or Freight Collect (shipment via the Customer's own courier).
The express courier cost is automatically calculated based on the weight. Collection in person is free of charge, while freight collect incurs a PACKAGING fee of 1% (minimum €5.00 + VAT), calculated automatically.
If goods are in stock, shipment is generally carried out on the same day for orders placed by 12:00 noon with payment via online methods, instant bank transfer or Unicredit transfer.
Delivery is estimated at 24/48 hours (48/72 hours for Calabria and islands). No liability will be accepted for delays in order processing or delivery.
The risk of damage is our responsibility during shipment and transfers to the Customer in the case of warehouse collection or freight collect.
More detailed information on damaged goods is available on our Damaged Goods page.
In case of storage due to repeated failed delivery attempts at the address provided by the Customer within 5 working days, a storage fee of €1.00 per day plus a €2.00 fixed fee for dossier opening will be charged. If the shipment is returned to the sender, return shipping will be charged and the goods will be made available for Warehouse Collection or Freight Collect.
If you choose Warehouse Collection or Freight Collect, a Collection Authorisation will be sent via e-mail once the order is ready. The e-mail will contain the address, collection times and full instructions. It is not possible to collect goods without prior authorisation.
