It is possible to choose the preferred delivery method between Express Courier (shipment via our courier), Warehouse Collection (Pick-up in person), or Freight Collect (shipment by your own courier).
The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on weight. Warehouse Collection by the Customer is free of charge, while Freight Collect incurs a PACKAGING fee automatically calculated at 1% (minimum €5.00 + VAT).
If Warehouse Collection or Freight Collect is chosen, a Collection Authorization will be sent by e-mail as soon as the order is ready. The e-mail will contain the address, opening hours, and all necessary instructions. Goods cannot be collected without prior authorization.
