Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, and who does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number), they are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days from the day on which they received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is possible to use our RETURN FORM.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to complete the form before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Customer Service will promptly provide the consumer with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code which will allow the package to be returned to our warehouses.
Goods cannot be returned without our authorization.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, bundled software, etc.);
- The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, without previous labels, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to avoid damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, placing it in a second box on which the RMA number (return authorization code) should be written; in all cases, labels or adhesive tape should not be affixed directly to the original product packaging;
- The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to charge for any damage by deducting the cost from the refund;
- We undertake to refund the Customer the full amount, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, or for damages as described above), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days until the Customer has provided proof of having returned the goods or until the goods have been received by us, whichever occurs first;
- The costs for returning the product are borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal will not be validly exercised in cases where it is established:
- the absence of the original outer packaging and/or inner protective packaging;
- the absence of integral components of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.);
- damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code:
- the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (e.g. Gel filter sheet);
- contracts where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the professional for urgent repair or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such a visit, the professional provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than the spare parts necessary for maintenance or repair, the right of withdrawal applies to such additional services or goods;
- contracts concluded during a public auction;
