The night of the Taranta 2015, the 18th event of the event which aims to recover the roots of the Salento dance tradition, has never been so Rock.
In 200 thousand (a record...), under the imposing stage of Melpignano, who in addition to dancing frenetically under the blows of the notes of the energetic Orchestra della Notte della Taranta - composed of 22 elements - and the dance troupe directed by Roberto Castello, they witnessed the performances of special guests of the caliber of Ligabue with the Nigerian drummer Tony Allen and two heavyweights of Anglo-Saxon musical culture, such as Phil Manzanera and Paul Simonon. Erri De Luca is also among the guests.
A show that leaves little room for the imagination, in which the lighting line-up was curated by ROOSTER. In the set we find: 37x15W OSRAM LED RGBW/FC DIAMOND37 led-washer and 19x10W RGBW/FC REFLEX led-washer; beam 5R 189W UNIQUE; 16R 330W LUXOR spot; strobe 3kW EXPLO3000D; blinder-led 4x100W LED COB 3200K° SUNRISE; bar-led pixel-map 12x8W, RGBW/FC LUMIPIX12Q.
